Please read these terms and conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Ask-AI website (the "Service") operated by Sary Ismail ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service. Your access to the Service is also conditioned on your acceptance of our Privacy Policy.

2. User Accounts & Age Requirements

Age of Use: You must be at least **13 years old** to create an account or use the Service.

Parental Permission: If you are between the ages of 13 and 18 (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction), you represent and warrant that you have your parent's or legal guardian's permission to use the Service and that they have read and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

Account Responsibility: When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Plans: We offer a free tier, a **Premium** plan ($\text{\$12.99}/\text{mo}$) providing full feature access (**GPT-5**, **Grok**, DALL-E 3), and an **Ultra** plan ($\text{\$189.99}/\text{mo}$) granting exclusive, high-priority access to the **O1 Model** and maximum compute resources. Features and limitations are detailed on our Site.

Billing: Premium plans are billed on a recurring subscription basis (e.g., monthly). Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you (as the 18+ bill payer) agree to their terms of service.

Auto-Renewal: Your Premium subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it through your Profile settings before the end of the current period.

Cancellations & Refunds: You may cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. All payments are non-refundable.

4. User Content and AI Output

Your Content: You retain ownership of the original content you submit (your prompts, uploaded files). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and transmit your content solely to provide and improve the Service.

AI-Generated Content: To the extent permitted by law, you own the output generated by the AI in response to your prompts ("Output"). However, due to the nature of machine learning, Output may not be unique, and the Service may generate the same or similar output for other users. You use the Output at your own risk.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable national or international law.
• Generate content that is hateful, harassing, violent, sexually explicit, or discriminatory.
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Upload or transmit any viruses, malware, or other malicious code.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or discover the source code of the Service.
• Use the Service for any purpose that could be considered "high-risk," such as for medical, legal, or financial advice.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the content generated by the AI.

NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE: The Output from the Service is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute medical, legal, financial, or any other form of professional advice. You must not rely on it as such and should consult a qualified professional if you need such advice.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Ask-AI or Sary Ismail be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service or your reliance on any AI-generated content.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from your Profile settings, which will result in the deletion of your data.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of London, United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what personal data ASK-AI ("we", "us") collects from you, how we use it, and who we share it with.

• User Content: We collect and store the prompts you type, files you upload, and conversations you have (your "Chat History") to provide the service.
• Payment Information: When you subscribe to Premium, your payment details are processed directly by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your credit card number. We only store a reference to your subscription (your Stripe Customer ID) and its status (e.g., "active").

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data for the following purposes:

• To provide, maintain, and secure the ASK-AI service.
• To authenticate you and save your chat history.
• To process your subscription payments.
• To respond to your support requests.

3. Who We Share Your Data With

We do not sell your personal data. We only share it with these essential third-party services to make ASK-AI work:

• Google Firebase: Authentication and database storage.
• OpenAI: To generate AI responses.
• Tavily: For web search features.
• Stripe: Payment processing.

4. Data Security & Retention

We use industry-standard measures (like encryption) provided by Google Firebase to protect your data. We retain your Chat History and settings as long as your account is active.

5. Your Data Rights & Deletion

You have the right to access and delete your data. You can permanently delete your entire account and all associated data (including chat history and settings) by using the "Delete Account" feature in your "Profile" settings. This action is irreversible.
